Custom-Sourced Gemstones

Quite often, our clients are looking for gemstones that we do not currently have in stock. In such cases, we source stones directly from the mines or trusted suppliers at the origin. Here is how the payment and delivery process works in these situations:

1. Based on your request, we offer you a selection of suitable gemstones.

2. Once you confirm a stone that meets your criteria, we proceed with the order. At this stage, a 20% deposit of the gemstone’s price is required.

3. We acquire the stone on your behalf (using our own funds initially), and, if needed, submit it to a gemological laboratory for certification.

• Typically, rough or unmounted stones at the source are not pre-certified, as certification is tailored to the buyer’s requirements at the time of sale.

• Depending on the specific parameters you wish to see in the certificate (e.g., origin, treatment status, or enhancement level), we select the appropriate laboratory for grading and authentication.

4. Once the gemstone arrives at our facility in Switzerland, it is prepared for international shipping. At this point, the remaining balance is due.
